Radbound Scholarships program 2016

Radbound University in Netherlands offers the scholarships for international students. These scholarships are granted for the talented to EEA students.


Scholarships will be awarded for the selective talented students who have obtained outstanding study results and are highly motivated to pursue a Master’s degree programme at Radbound University.

Course duration: Scholarships will be available for one two years’ programs. It depends upon the type of the course.

Scholarship Description
Eligibility Criteria: candidates must follow the eligibility criteria to apply for scholarships
that applicants should have

  • hold a non-EU/EEA passport
  • are not eligible for the lower EEA tuition fee for other reasons
  • you have (will obtain) a Bachelor’s degree achieved outside the Netherlands and have no degrees achieved in the Netherlands
  • have been fully admitted to the English-taught Master’s degree programme as stated in the formal letter of admission
  • are able to comply with the conditions for obtaining a visa for the Netherlands
  • are enrolled at Radbound University as a full-time student for the academic year and Master’s degree programme for which the scholarship will be awarded

Selection criteria
The Radbound Scholarship holders will be selected based on the following criteria:

Students must be a promising student in the present field of study.

Students must have proven academic quality and good results of your prior education through grades, test scores and publication.

Letter of recommendation shows the quality of recommendation.

Motivation must show the motivation spirit.

Eligible nationalities: international students are eligible to apply for these scholarships.

Fields of study
candidates can apply for the following master degree program offered by the university. including:
Language and Communication; Historical, Literary and Cultural Studies, Philosophy, Behavioral Science, Artificial Intelligence, Social and Cultural Science, Comparative Research on Societies, Cognitive Neuroscience, Biomedical Sciences, Molecular Mechanisms of Disease, Chemistry, Physics , Astronomy, Biology, Medical Biology, Molecular Life Sciences, European Law.

Number of scholarships: Radbound University offers 25 scholarships each year.

Scholarships duration: The scholarship is applied for the school tuition fee for the whole duration of the Master degree programs. It is available for the two years and the eligibility of the scholarships programs. Students have to pass the all program in the first year.

Scholarships benefits: Students will receive the partial tuition waiver. The tuition fee will be waived to the level of EEA students. Radbound scholarships also cover the cost of visa residence permit, health insurance and liability insurance.

Process of application: Students have to admit to a master degree program.

The application for the admission and application for the scholarships is not separated. Students must upload the three additional documents, three recommendation letter and a curriculum vitae.

Notification: students will get the notification for the final decision by the international office with the respect of your application before the end of the May 2016.

Last deadline: students can apply till 1 April 2016.
