University of Queensland offers Law scholarships 2016

The University of Queensland in Australia is awarding Law scholarships within the TC Beirne School of Law. These scholarships are available for students enrolled or enrolling full-time in the Master of Laws (LLM) or Master of International Law (MI Claw) programs.

Scholarships Benefits: The scholarship will take the form of monetary assistance. Students will also get the living expenses for to help with living expenses for 12 months and will be paid in two installments-one during Semester 1 and one during Semester 2.

Duration of scholarships: Scholarship will be awarded for 12 months and will be paid in two installments- one during Semester 1 and one during Semester 2.

Selection Criteria: Applicants will be assessed on the following criteria:

Candidates must attach the previous academic merit

Significant financial need

Express interest in the study of law, with a view to using that study in some future occupation

Proposed budget

Notification: The Committee will meet as soon as practicable after the closing date and applicants will be notified of the outcome in writing.

How to Apply: Students must complete an application form and declaration and submit it with a copy of their curriculum vitae by post.
