Wabash College in USA offers merit based scholarships 2016

Wabash College is awarding presidential scholarships for international students. These are merit based scholarships. These scholarships are ranging up to $25,000. The merit based scholarships will be granted on the strength of the previous academic record as documents of the admission application.


All Presidential Scholarships are renewable up to eight semesters and require satisfactory academic progress. Priority is given to those candidates attach the complete admission file on record.

Last deadline:  candidates can submit their application before January 15, 2016.

Host institute: Wabash College in USA.

Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded in all subjects available at the Wabash College.

Degree Level: Scholarships are available to pursue any course available at the Wabash College.

Eligibility criteria:  These are merit based scholarships. It will be awarded on the strength of an Application record as documented within the admissions application.

Eligible Nationalities: International students can apply for these scholarships.

What does it cover: The merit based scholarships will cover the stipend of ranging up to $25,000 per year are offered.

Selection Criteria: Applicants whose families demonstrate the ability to cover cost unmet by Wabash financial assistance will be given additional consideration.

How to Apply: The authorities of the selection board given priority consideration for need-based or merit candidates

Candidates must submit all the following documents before February 1

Candidates must attach complete application with signature

Applicant attach the copy of the academic documents from the last year of education adjacent with the Secondary School Report

Applicant must write an optional essay demonstrating your ability to write well.

Standardized test scores: SAT or ACT is required for all applicants. The official scores come directly from the testing Centre.

Applicant must attach the two letters of recommendation

All students must complete the College Board’s International Student Certification of Finances.

Those students who want to apply for the need based financial aid must also submit College Board’s International Student Financial Aid Application.

Those students who do not wish to apply for financial aid; you must still complete the College Board’s International Student Certification of Finances.

Deadline: The application deadline is February 1, 2016. Candidates must submit their complete admission file on record by January 15, 2016.
